This week's guest is a mental health advocate, part-time live show host/podcaster/content creator, and variety gamer with a full-time job on top of all that.

She has experienced/lived with post-partum depression, major depressive disorder, anxiety, C-PTSD, leaving an abusive partner, and family trauma situations.

This superstar mum is raising her two kids as a single mom! She has a 9-year-old who has Tourette Syndrome and a 16-year-old who is transgender and struggles with anxiety.

Living in Texas, together they just do their collective best to get by with all the politics and real dangers that come along with being *different* these days.

All she wants to do is help others feel less alone and encourage people to seek help when it feels the hardest but they need it most.

As someone who has personally struggled with mental health challenges, she recognizes the importance of having a safe space to discuss these issues openly and honestly. Her goal is to create a supportive community where individuals can share their experiences and feel a sense of comfort knowing that they are not alone.

Through her show and podcast, MommaFoxFire hopes to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and provide a platform for people to share their stories. She believes that by creating a supportive environment, individuals can find the strength and resources they need to manage their mental health challenges.

Ultimately, her mission is to promote greater understanding and compassion for those who are struggling with mental health issues.
