For a couple to win the first bid they put on a house is unheard of – it takes awhile for couples to learn how the real estate game is played in a seller’s market. But NFM Branch Manager, Jessica Uphoff and the Warren’s realtor, Stacey Bushaw, had already prepared them ahead of time with what to expect.
