During this week’s show, Sam’s going to touch on lots of the seemingly disconnected parts of LIFE and highlight the consciousness waiting to be revealed in each. Bringing all of these parts of life together in one conversation renders a more realistic lens through which we can more deeply associate within the Self. People often don’t notice patterns because they think about life situationally, and then justify and rationalize the outcomes because they seem discrete and unrelated. Intention and being able to truly SEE what’s happening inside of LIFE happening, can generate more freedom and open up our capacity to BE – more fully ourselves.
We’ll touch on:
How you force yourself to do things you think you have to get done. What you do when you get annoyed with people. How you handle frustration, disappointment, aggravation.
Empathy.
How you stay stuck in things you’re not so happy with. How you handle money. The way you compartmentalize as a method of coping with overwhelm.
Being.
Personal Responsibility.
Wanting more from people than you get. Your relationship with your body.
How you find the essence of who you are.
Gratitude.
Does it even matter if you have the life you want? Where you accept low energy and why.
Loss.
Allowing your kids to grow up. Healing relationships with parents.
