Our guest today is Susan Eckstein, an empowerment expert, coach, speaker, and creator of the You Do You Program. Susan leads women who are ready to break the chains of conformity find the courage and confidence to be true to themselves and live life unapologetically. She helps her clients reconnect to their power, challenge their stories, change their beliefs and be boldly authentic. 

In this episode we talk about her unconventional choice to have her two boys live with their dad following their divorce. After being judged and stuck in shame for many years, Susan realized she could take her power back and be a better mother if she were willing to stop measuring herself against societal norms and define motherhood for herself.

After accomplishing her dream goal of doing an Ironman, Susan changed careers and became a mindset coach, personal trainer, and triathlon coach. She has coached hundreds of men and women to successfully compete in their dream athletic events, including triathlons, marathons, and adventure races. Susan is a three-time Ironman as well as a Certified Clear Beliefs Coach.
