Salute for Service

General, Arthur Dean, US Army returns to talk about the Salute for Service 5K Race for the Homeless in Loudoun County. In episode 9 we learned that General Dean has lead the effort to bring awareness to substance abuse issues for more than 20 years. He has received a number of awards and spoke in front of congress several times to advocate for change in substance abuse policies. General Dean is also a member of Episilon Zeta Boule. Epsilon Zeta Boule help homeless and low income people in Loudoun County.
