Housing Newcomers: Where Will Record-Levels of New Immigrants Live?

Over the next three years, the federal government plans to welcome nearly 500,000 new immigrants a year to Canada. Where will these newcomers live? And what will it mean for the cost of home ownership and rental units in an already tight market?
