- Super-Connect - Harnessing the power of Networks
2. Strict 4 Hour Body diet for the whole month.
3. 80/20 Analysis of 2 areas of life and implementation of results.
4. Body fat reduction of 2% as measured by Renpho scales.
They'll do a break down of KOCH-TOBER at the end of the month in a full episode.
