The Screening Room E35 - The Hero with a Thousand Faces

In this impromptu episode, Rutvig reacts (sort of) to the recent Kanye West appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast, and West's comments about Star Wars and the Hero's Journey.  

Amongst the various ramblings, Rutvig recounts some early fancy dress costumes, as well as reciting passages from Joseph Campbell's book The Hero with a Thousand Faces (with little understanding of much of it).  He also tries to relate elements of the book, as best he can, to the beginning chapters of each Star Wars trilogy; Episode 4: A New Hope, Episode 1: The Phantom Menace and Episode 7:  The Force Awakens.
