Sometimes we naturally have fear, tell ourselves lies, or give ourselves excuses of why we can't do the things. We want more balance but it feels scary, or maybe we think we don't have enough time.
I'm here to tell you first of all , that's normal! second, we can overcome that with deciding to take the action even though we have those feelings. Maybe it's a simple habit, maybe it's a task for your business, or maybe it's a chore that you have been avoiding.
