Libertarianism, free market economics, anarchism, etc. are oriented around liberty, freedom, and moral societal organization. At the same time, these philosophies can easily be used as a tool for those working towards other systems of governance revolving around a technocratic oligarchical meritocracy. These philosophies have gone by many names and examples include technocracy, the New World Order, the Great Reset, Agenda 21/2030, sustainable development, elitism, technopoly, corporatocracy, etc.
