29- Pat Armitstead: Resilience & Joyology

Initially a Registered Nurse, Pat Armitstead (Pat on Facebook) is now a multi award winning speaker who has toured internationally with Patch Adams. Over the last 17 years she has amassed hundreds of stories as a result of getting present in her life.

Pat is no stranger to grief, loss and overcoming adversity. She shares her journey overcoming things like losing her first child, avoiding bankruptcy, leaving her partner of 20years to being diagnosed with cancer and everything in between. She shares her experience, her lessons and getting across to the other side.

Pat is now a Joyologist and she shares the many different aspects of emotional intelligence and building resilience in her life and business... and smiling the entire time.
