Anxiety is such a liar.  Anxiety often lies to me.  It will encourage me to think thoughts that simply aren’t true.     Thoughts aren’t facts.  But some thoughts can be so far from fact, and not based in fact, that I feel like I can classify them as lies.   And these thoughts, or lies, can cause you to feel additional anxiety.  Which exacerbates a spiral of continued anxiety.
