In this episode my guest is Mike Schmidt of Anchorwave Digital and Agency Coach. In 2003, Mike founded his agency while still attending the University of Arizona, from the bedroom of a house he was renting.  

Little did he know that the agency would turn into a multi million dollar business, run without him, produce a livelihood for an amazing team (and their families) and help thousands of local businesses evolve, grow and succeed.  

Today we’re going to be discussing Mike’s journey of growing his agency and also what's involved with crafting that perfect first offer.
