Ben Hoffman & Tim Reed (Ep 26)

Today we are joined by American professional triathlete Ben Hoffman and co-hosted for the first time by Australian pro triathlete and guest on Ep 1 of How They Train Tim Reed. Reedy is a good mate of host Jack. The boys talk about all things racing & training. They discuss how training effects sex life, future goals, big races and how Hoff has trained to get his best results.
