I come clean with my people-pleasing tendencies, telling the story of how I faced off with some weird behavior of mine! For example: 1. Projecting upset on things that I’m not really mad aboutto hide the thing I AM upset about. 2. Giving gifts freely with no strings attached instead ofhaving my feelings hurt if someone doesn’t like what I give. 3. Loving people how they want to be loved—not loving them the way I want to show it. Pretty vulnerable stuff people! Sheesh!
