Irish Water charges ‘a disaster’ – Childers

The rollout of Irish water charges is a disaster that is coming at the wrong time. So says the Independent MEP Nessa Childers who was speaking from the European Parliament in Strasbourg. Ms Childers says the system of charging for water should be suspended until a better way of charging for water consumption is found.
