A conversation with our girlfriend, Dr. Adia Gooden, the therapist that we all need to help us remember that we are worthy, that boundaries are necessary for our wellbeing and that a bad relationship doesn't mean that we aren't still a Badass (you are!)! Dr. Adia Gooden is a licensed clinical psychologist with an active clinical practice where she treats individuals and couples and she serves as the Director of Community Programs and Outcome Measurement at The Family Institute at Northwestern University. Dr. Gooden is committed to empowering all people to thrive and share their full selves and gifts with the world. She inspires people to move beyond managing mental illness to embodying mental wellness and engaging boldly with the world.
