Vincent wonders how to decrease hyperarousal. Another Vincent has jerks and twitches. MJ wonders when to relax sleep times as things are getting better. Golem9000 wonders how to do the sleep tight technique if never sleepy. Jules feels tired. Gabriella is not sure if melatonin is helping or if it is just "mental". Terry like Golem9000 weirdly does not feel sleepy.
