75 - 1: Letters Series: Aleph א

Welcome to the first of a new series of short spiritual meditations. Within this series, each meditation lasts only a few minutes, and is therefore the perfect escape during a busy day. Each meditation focuses on just one letter from the Aleph Beis, the letters of the Torah. Using a visualization of the letter, we explore some of the secrets of the Torah that lie within their forms, crowns, and numerical values, and thereby channeling some of the light they contain into your soul and life.
