Worship & Word Wednesday | Discouraged To Determined

It's summer and you have to put on that dreaded bathing suit for the social gathering you're invited to.  You would rather avoid the pool gathering because putting on your bathing suit just makes you feel disgusted and discouraged. 

These feeling lead you straight to the fridge for ice cream, which then you get upset with yourself for making more choices that don't serve your body or that weight loss goal you still have. 

The same actions that brought on 20lbs will not be the same actions that will get those 20lbs to go. It's time you create new habits that show you are stewarding your body wisely.
