Blake McCarthy writer Territory comic (2022) interview | Two Geeks Talking

Blake McCarthy is a new comic writer living in Colorado. A fan of Godzilla and other kaiju media from a young age TERRITORY has been a dream project years in the making! This is Blake McCarthy's first comic series and during our interview he proudly to shared with us that he was creating this story for his sons to read and incorporates his love of monsters, post-apocalyptic worlds and environmental themes in storytelling. About Territory: TERRITORY is a post-apocalyptic kaiju story set in a far distant Pacific Northwest of the United States. Ancestors tell the story of how civilization was wiped from the earth in nuclear fire long ago. From the ashes of the destruction rose the Behemoths, giant creatures whose presence breathed life back into the land. The surviving people now live in tribes, worshiping the Behemoths as gods!
