Days of our Lives brings a wave of comings and goings in 2025 with the return of fan favorites Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) and Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso), and a line-up of 13 other significant returns. Gwen Rizczech (Emily O'Brien) makes her return on March 10th, with rumors of Teresa Donovan (Emily O'Brien) possibly making a brief appearance. Alison Sweeney makes a comeback as Sammy Brady around March or early April, aligning with the storyline of EJ DiMera's (Dan Feuerriegel) shooting. 

DOOL also sees Kyle Lowder return as Rex Brady, potentially offering a shoulder to cry on for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) who is rumored to be facing a breakup with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). Other significant returns include Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk), Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel), Jennifer Horton (Cady McClain), Jack Devereaux (Matthew Ashford), Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy), Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal), Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley), Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis), and Will Horton (Chandler Massey). The show also teases several exits, including John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater), with Alice Halsey taking over the role.
