E38: I’m in My First Trimester of PREGNANCY, What is exactly happening?!

Welcome back to the Simplify Birth and Motherhood podcast, where you can get clarity to make informed decisions for your pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and as a mother. The way I like to describe first trimester is that your body and baby are laying down a solid foundation for the remainder of your pregnancy and baby's life outside the womb.  With that you might not be feeling all the greatest and it is often a feeling of guilt that we are not "on track" the way we have hoped or want to be. But don't fear! In this episode we will talk about what is and has already happened, even before you found out you were pregnant, why certain things we do can be vital to these building blocks, and what simple things you can focus on during this time!
