History tells us of an ancient trade route connecting the East and West, a path through which knowledge, culture, and trade passed between two distinct worlds. Salah Sharief (PhD, Law), a current Islamic Law student at al-Azhar University in Egypt, takes us on his own journey between the UK and Egypt for sacred knowledge. As someone who runs a business, holds a PhD from a Russel-group university, and studies Islamic Law at the ka'bah of knowledge (as it's so called), what got him here? how does he do it? and what can we learn from his journey?
