Trump just threw himself a birthday party, and the nation protested on June 14, 2025. Were the "No Kings" protests involving over 5 million people constitutional? Governor Newsom filed a lawsuit in federal court, and Justice Charles Breyer issued a decision that Trump violated the Constitution by deploying the troops without request or permission of the Governor.
