General Hospital sees Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) is in imminent danger as Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) broadens his fatal hit list. As February sweeps intensify, Liz, along with two other women, find themselves targeted by Cyrus. Last week, Liz and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) made progress in their investigation into the deaths, but Cyrus is now aware of their actions on the ABC soap opera. 

General Hospital sees Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) have tried to keep him away from the hospital, but Cyrus continues to infiltrate, last seen spying on Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) and Liz. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is also on Cyrus's radar after inadvertently revealing the ongoing investigation. Lastly, Dr. Portia Robinson, co-chief of Staff, might be the third person on Cyrus's hit list for her efforts to ban him from the hospital.
