Episode 16 - Be Kind or Be Nice?

In this new episode I introduce the concept of kindness and Niceness from the lens of being fair using a story someone told me. The story is about a lady named Pat who wanted to be served to her liking, without consideration for how that may or may not be helpful to others. Could it be that we sometimes consider kindness to be a sign of weakness and maybe that’s why we don’t practice it enough?
