3 possible scenarios on the table post Brexit vote – Carthy

The fallout from last night’s Brexit vote in the House of Commons was debated by MEPs this morning.  

The EU’s chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier said the EU profoundly regretted the vote.

While Frans Timmermans the Vice President of the European Commission, told MEPs that the EU has to prepare for any possible outcome  including a “disorganised no deal Brexit”.  

The Sinn Fein MEP Matt Carthy says the vote throws up three potential scenarios.
