EP 43 Connecting Through Conversations

The art of conversation is getting away from us these days, so I had to create an episode that honored the act of connecting with people again. In an effort to return to the time when we would look at one another, smile, and say hello, here is an episode to get things started. 

When was the last time you met a new person and you truly listened to them, asked them quality questions, and showed them kindness? When was the last time you did the same for a family member or a friend? There are so many opportunities for connection during the day, and we end up missing out on a lot of joy if we don't see them. 

Now that you are also raising babies of your own, or being the best dang grandparents on the block, you have the responsibility to teach the children in your life how to communicate with others. Eye contact, kind words...it's all part of the F.O.R.M. challenge as I like to call it.
