On this week's episode of Kansas City Confidential, Nicole Grey from Midwest Cookie Co joins Sari to discuss her cookie business. Nicole has been in this industry for a number of years and ran into unpredictable hurdles when the pandemic hit. On an average week, she is turning out anywhere between 30-60 dozen cookies at a time. She owns hundreds of cookie cutters to make ever customer order of sugar cookies just right! On top of taking custom cookie orders, she has a booth inside Painted Tree, located in Overland Park.
