Shannon is a perpetual student of life, piecing together the many facets of a wholesome human experience. She combines her formal education in psychology, anthropology, yoga, and Somatic Experiencing with her own observations to really get to the core of how we can live full, vibrant, and present lives.

 

Shannon firmly believes that embodiment is key to finding fulfillment - within our sex / kink lives and beyond. She is currently in the process of stripping her mind & soul bare to their essential form, getting fully entwined with her body to live a life that feels personal, intimate, and authentic.
