When Luke's parents die in an accident, he travels with an elderly mentor and is pursued by an evil black-clad villain with a penchant for cutting off appendages. I just realized this movie is a copy of Star Wars! Not really... but it is the film adaptation of the Roald Dahl classic The Witches.
