On Sunday 5 October 2025, Pastor Craig Baxter continued the 1 Peter series 'Living & Hoping as Exiles', with 'The Compelling Power of Godly Conduct' from 1 Peter 2:11-12. What does living and hoping look like for those in exile? How can we make sense of suffering and turmoil in a world wrecked by the effects of sin? What does it really mean to be witnesses for Christ in our vocations, marriages and lives, while at times suffering unjustly? And, most importantly, how does Christ’s suffering inform and empower our lives? These are the questions that we aim to explore in our new series from 1 Peter. Join this series as we, the church, unite as “living stones”, built upon the cornerstone of Christ. As we stand upon this solid foundation, we are empowered by Christ and enabled to persevere through suffering while rejoicing in hope. If you feel blessed by this message, we encourage you to share this video with someone who may not know of God's enduring grace. We invite visitors to join us at our Wantirna, Victoria location for our services each Sunday at 8:30am and 11am.
