Grounded & Guided

The goal of this sermon considering the account of the 10 days between Jesus’ ascension and the decent of the Spirit is three-fold: (1) To paint a picture of the scene in verse 12-14 (who was there and what were they doing), (2) To explain the importance of the actions of Peter and the others in 15-26 as they replace Judas, and (3) To provide a model for seeking God’s guidance as individuals and as a church. All of this calls us to remain rooted in the truth and follow God’s sovereign leading.
