This week, we discuss two British gangster films from the early 1970s. The first is Sitting Target (1972), directed by Douglas Hickox and starring Oliver Reed, Ian McShane and Jill St. John. It was based on the 1970 novel of the same name by Laurence Henderson and is about a man intent on escaping prison to kill his unfaithful wife.
