James is the co-founder of Rethink the Rat Race. He and his wife retired at 28 and 27 respectively after aggressively pursuing financial independence and accumulating 10 rental units in three years. Now, James spends his time writing and teaching others about his passions which are: real estate, travel, fitness, and frugality.
Advice to an 18-20-year old: house hack and save as much money as you can to reinvest!
