Uncensored Humanity UH 004 - David Choma

My guest today is my friend David Choma the co-owner of Crossfit Strongsville. David is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. He has a deep care for people, which is what makes him such an excellent trainer. David started Crossfit Strongsville with the dream to help as many people as possible. They started Crossfit Strongsville with only a small space available for training. They have since grown to one of the best gyms in Northeast Ohio.

David is a self proclaimed nerd that strives every day to look like the superheroes he grew up admiring. In this episode we talked about how his personal fitness journey started when he was 11 years old. David lost both parents at a young age and had to work 4 jobs to put himself through college. David graduated Cum Laude from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. Now when people ask David what he does for a living he gets to say, “I watch magic happen every day.” It's David's goal to help all his clients become more courageous and stronger with every success they have both inside and outside of the gym.
