#81 Julius Jones

Julius Jones was sitting on death row for the shooting death of 45 year old Paul Howell in Edmund, Oklahoma, but has maintained his innocence and claims he was framed for the murder. At the time of his execution he garnered supporters at an astonishing rate. And clemency was granted at the last minute.  But were these people supporting an innocent man or a violent criminal?
