On today’s podcast, Sophie and I chat about intuitive eating; what it is, how it’s defined, who it’s recommended for and who it isn’t, the 10 principles, how it differs from mindful eating, how it’s not to be used as a weight loss strategy, how to honour your hunger, how to practise body loved and acceptance and how to think positively towards our food choices.
