Right to digital inclusion

This episode focuses on the right to digital inclusion, stipulated in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN CRPD), article 9. We discuss about barriers and challenges, but also possibilities, tools and solutions to realise digital inclusion.
