Once you narrow down on one part of your faith life, it feels way more doable to actually do. It's a lot better than saying I need to spend more time in the Bible, I need to pray for all the things more often, I need to worship, I should also be quiet some times and listen to what God actually has to say... When you try to do all the things at the same time it's too overwhelming and you never do it.
