Hello again listeners! We're glad to have you back. One of the great misconceptions about real estate investing is that everyone should be starting from the same place. That place might be wholesaling or flipping and it also might be single family rentals. While it may be comforting to think that you are going to be joining the crowd, Steve wants to disabuse the notion of a "common starting line" in today's episode. Not everyone needs to start at the same place and it is very possible to actually set yourself back by trying to start at a place that you aren't suited for.
