S3:Ep2 Nipples Like Bullets - Tales of Hormones and the Menopause

In this week's episode, Kate Bauss shares her very first perimenopausal letter. Until now Kate's hormones have been under control, but there's been quite a gap between season 2 and season 3 and during that time things have started to kick in for poor Kate.  

Also this week, poet Holly McComish shares her harrowing story after taking the pill in the hopes it may educate other girls who might be considering going on the pill.  

Dear Hormones is a podcast for women to fess up to some of the things they may have said or done whilst under the influence of their hormones.  Sharing their own experiences too, Jenny Smith and Kate Bauss read letters from women spilling the beans about all things hormones from puberty, PMT, pregnancy and the menopause.
