In today's episode I'm so excited to introduce you to one of my closest friends and marketing genius Jessica McNichol. She is going to break it down for us today and give us some practical tips for planning, tracking and evaluating marketing strategies and how to know when to ditch the ones that aren't working. 

Jessica is a wife, mom to five and is the founder and CCO at Jessica McNichol Creative. After experiencing the corporate world, operating as a communication & creative arts director for a large organization and opening her own successful online business, she’s taken her 16+ years of marketing & business experience to help coaches, influencers and world-changers maximize their impact online and minimize the stress of branding, business strategy and website creation.

She is a self-proclaimed personality test addict and loves to talk about all things enneagram. When she’s not helping her clients harness their strengths to maximize their impact, you can find her living that “soccer mom life” of shuttling her kids to practice in her mini-van … but she keeps it balanced by drinking champagne just because it’s tuesday ... just not while driving.
