063. Brave Enough to Be Open to Possibilities

Change is hard, and it can be even harder when we refuse to believe that it is possible. One of the greatest things we can do for ourselves is to believe that good things are possible. To make the decision to be open to the good that can and will come.

And most of us are not as open-minded as we may think that we are. But that doesn't mean we have to stay that way. Starting isn't as hard as it feels. We just need to be brave and open to the possibilities.

Let's explore the brave that is admitting we want more and that we deserve it. Let's explore what might happen if we stopped starting with a no. Let's just see.
