"Becoming more is the expansion of your consciousness.” It is meant to be confidence building; akin to seeking out a new experience that you are excited for.  'Becoming more' is the path of freedom, life fulfillment and perpetual happiness.” It is your ever-present gift and eternal choice to always seek and become ‘more’. How do you become more? What does this mean in a tangible way? Do you think about ‘being more’ as applicable to your life? and Is there a ‘more’ that you wish to be? I believe we’ve all had this experience; of seeking to become better in some aspect of our life, or as who we are. What guides this desire and what perpetuates the motivation and discipline to see yourself through? And of course, what drives your need to be more? ‘More’ is the conscious desire of your heart; to be and live as the very best version of yourself, and in every moment. In my work with clients, it is always a joy to take them beyond what they initially sought my help with. This is of course, completely their choice. But what typically happens after we resolve and complete what initial issue or problem that they sought help for, is the fun of self-empowerment, liberation from what thoughts and beliefs have held back, and the experience of attaining what is truly important. ‘More’ is about not accepting mediocrity. It's not about comparing yourself to others, but rather being inspired by others so that you can set out to be more for yourself. It’s about challenging yourself to be all that you really want and to no longer make excuses that you “can’t”; that it’s “too difficult”; and that how you are “is good enough”. I am not talking about pushing yourself towards an unhealthy or impractical ideal, or to strive towards what you think you need to have because others have this. More is anything that you define to be important enough for you and for your greater happiness and that you are willing to go after. More is a deliberate path of self-evolution that we are all encouraged to live by nature; that allows us to thrive in the world; to seek new experiences, opportunities and yes also material things. Yet the primary reason to pursue more is to like and love yourself first.
