Dolyanna Mordochai is the CEO of Resources for Autism and Daniel Bendelman is an Academic in Disability Arts. He joined Resources for Autism as a co-production lead. Both live and work in London.
Having vast experience and knowledge in the field of autism, they share with us the mission and work of Resources for Autism - the charity they represent in London – which aims to change society's narrative around autism. They emphasize the social model of disability, the importance of understanding that the autistic experience is different for everyone, and the importance of understanding and accepting the person just as he/she is. The goal is to change the environment around autistic people in order to transform their lives and create better outcomes for them.
