28. Call Day Jitters - The Formal Recruit (Part 1)

Richard and Adam are joined by Paul Guglielmo, returning guest and 3L student at Osgoode Hall Law School. The group tackles the voluminous topic that is the formal recruit in two episodes. From 1L jobs, through the "On Campus Interviews", the various "call days", to the Articling recruit and beyond! Adam and Paul share their tips and perspective having just gone through the formal process. Richard asks about the impact of course selection on future interviews. Adam is revealed to not be as "chill" as he puts on.
