Shame imprisons us, warping our identity and declaring that there is nothing redemptive in us. Many of us know nothing but this prison. But Jesus has something better for us. The world, our society, and even our inner dialogue may say "Shame on you," but Jesus says "Shame off you!" He offers us freedom from the prison of shame and invites us to share in his story!
