Part 2 of this month's episode has focused on the mental health and support available to the First responder. Steve chats to Dr. Ann Payne about Acute stress disorder and when to seek help. Also Steve speaks with Brian Doyle from www.hugsathome.eu who talks about CISM in Dublin Fire brigade and how his experience there led to the Hugs at Home project funded by the Movember Charity.
